Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will communicate any significant delays if they occur.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to best suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times can vary based on the destination and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues, customs clearance for international orders).

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD within eligible regions.
  • For orders under $50.00 USD, a flat rate shipping fee will apply, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers in the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

Please note the following for international orders:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vishal / axivorent.top is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery times can vary significantly based on the destination country’s customs procedures and local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return shipping fees incurred by us. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. Alternatively, a refund for the product price only (minus all shipping costs) may be issued.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit and the tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
